  Fine Fibers and Friendly Service is our motto and that is exactly what you’ll find in our store. We have a good selection of Rowan yarns and patterns, Blue Sky Alpacas and several smaller yarn producing companies. You will also find a good source of inspiration among our many books and patterns. Our Knitting and Crochet classes will increase your repertoire and skill levels and enlarge your knitting friends circle. Klose Knit News!
If you missed Thomasana and her Angora bunny Angie, they will be back in the fall. The kids had so much fun blucking the bunny- at one point there were 5 kids plucking the fuzzball and she liked getting cool.
Knit in Public Day was a great success. The weather was perfect, we had good companionship, networked, and enjoyed the Farmers Market. It is amazing how many people we all knew. If you were not able to join us, come next year. We will have a great repeat performance.
Great news about the Malabrigo mill- they are dying again! They are working at half speed, but the duy pots are going. I am very happy for them and for their customers!

Klose Knit Events!
Dye Day
Our first dye day was a lot of fun! This is a great opportunity to knit socks with hand dyed yarn. Do not miss the next one on Saturday July 19 2-5 pm.
Kinder Camp
Do not forget to sign your kids up for this beginners class for kids, Sunday July 26. Ages 8-11 will make a small bag or scarf from 10:00 am- 12:00 noon, and those who are ready to advance will work on circular needles to make a hat from 12:30-2:30 pm.
Summer KAL
We will knit the Knitty pattern Via Diagonale in July and August. The kick off event is on Sunday, July 13th at 2:00 pm. We will have a knit sample on hand. This project will help you learn a slip stitch pattern, 3-needle bindoff, and attacthed i-cord.
